Volunteering - Volunteer Coordinator

Role description - A volunteer is needed to fill the role of Volunteer Coordinator. Role involves responding to volunteer enquiries, interviewing potential volunteers, setting up National Police Checks and Working With Children Checks, managing induction of new volunteers, and managing the ongoing checks and retraining for volunteers. Requires positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Location: National Railway Museum, 76 Lipson Street, Port Adelaide

Position is compliant for Centrelink commitment

Days & times: Any two of Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 9:30am to 4pm, weekly.

National Police Check - NRM can arrange free of charge.

Working With Children Check - NRM can arrange free of charge.

Declaration of existing medical conditions is requested.

Public transport - Close access by bus & rail.

Street parking, and car park next to Museum but not owned by Museum - cannot guarantee spots. All day parking, 4 hour and 2 hour parking available in this park.
