Volunteering - Birthday Party Coordinator

Role description - A volunteer is needed to fill the role of Birthday Party Coordinator, for the birthday party bookings in the Museum's Cafe Car on weekends and public holidays. Role involves managing relationships with hirers, handling enquiries, sending emails to hirers, managing terms and conditions, keeping all documentation up to date and managing the groups whilst onsite for their hire. Requires positive attitude and willingness to learn. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, on a weekly basis.

Location: National Railway Museum, 76 Lipson Street, Port Adelaide

Position is compliant for Centrelink commitment

Days & times: Saturdays (weekly) and Sundays (weekly) 9:30am to 4:45pm, plus any public holidays, same times.

National Police Check - NRM can arrange free of charge.

Working With Children Check - NRM can arrange free of charge.

Declaration of existing medical conditions is requested.

Public transport - Close access by bus & rail.

Street parking, and car park next to Museum but not owned by Museum - cannot guarantee spots. All day parking, 4 hour and 2 hour parking available in this park.
