Buying Online

Tickets and Memberships: Buy your Museum tickets and a new membership, or renew your membership online! There are no fees for using the online platform.

Please note that if you are purchasing tickets, memberships or merchandise in our shop at the National Railway Museum, EFTPOS is the preferred payment method. We still accept cash but we prefer EFTPOS wherever possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Accessible parking is available in the Museum carpark, near the Museum Shop
Wheelchairs are available free of charge, please enquire with the shop
